The Bluesion Band raising money for Haiti !!!

The Bluesion Band is happy to host this most very important event. We are reaching out to the community to come and share this very special afternoon with The Bluesion Band and some very special guests.

So far the line-up will include yours truly and The Tragically White Band. Other acts to be announced.

The money raised will be given to the Red Cross to help with the relief effort for Haiti. We will send more details as soon as they are ironed out.Details Here

THE SACRAMENTO BLUES SOCIETY

A non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and preserving the Blues as an art form. Presents
Battle of the Blues Bands on Sunday October 18th starting at 12 noon. Bluesion will be battling for the title of Sacramento's best. Come and support the band. See our schedule page for more details.

We are excited to announce that we have completed the tracking phase of our demo recording.

As of the date of this announcement we have launched one song on our Music page.

We still have work to do with the other three songs as they go through the editing and post production mix process. We will keep the fans posted as we launch more and more music onto the Bluesion Band website.

The First annual Gold Country Blues Festival went off without a hitch June 20th.  The festival started at 12PM Saturday and continued into the wee hours of the night ending with an acoustic jam around the camp fire.  Many attendees spent the night in RVs and tents.  The atmosphere was one of positivity and happiness.  The Bluesion Band played to about 150 that attended and shared the stage with some of the areas premier artists such as Ro-Harpo, Barry Duncan, Greg and Brian Burch, Pete Mastella and more.

Dinner was served around 6PM and everyone enjoyed Tri-Tip, Chicken, and a host of wonderful dishes brought by all.

The event coordinator and originator Craig Hobson had this to say: "This is the beginning of something great, we had such a wonderful crowd out there Saturday. The Music was fantastic, the food was awesome, and a good time was had by everyone there."

Sunday morning was visited by a light delta breeze and a beautiful California sun.  The air was full of the smell of biscuits, gravy, steak and eggs.  Everyone had a wonderful breakfast and then said their goodbyes.

All in attendance said they could not wait for next years festival.

The Bluesion Band will be headlining the first annual Gold Country Family Blues Festival in Amador County.  The event promises to be a combination of family fun and music with a full day of games food and of course blues.

The Bluesion band will be playing on the streets of Sacramento on May 9th at 6PM filling the streets with incredible sounding blues music

The MPC Motorcycle Performance Center 31st Annual Hangtown Open House starts at 5pm on Friday May 29th in Roseville.  Food Fun Celebrities and of course yours truly... Bluesion knocking out our hard rocking blues style. Bluesion starts at 7PM, but come earlier and show your support for one of the greatest Sports in the World: motorcyle riding / racing.

The Bluesionband website will be an interactive fan driven place where fans, critics and band members can come and enjoy a musical community based on great sounding blues music. The Sacramento based Bluesion Band is "driven to please the fans and this website is a logical step in our evolution" one band member said.
